Blister Machines
Through blister packaging, products are secured into a cavity space and a backing paper is placed behind. The blister pack can also be fitted with aluminium or a film seal, and the pack is suitable for almost any product type. They are particularly useful for smaller merchandise, especially consumables like food and pharmaceuticals.
The blister packing formed by our blister machines is created using a combination of heat and pressure. These are applied with a die to create a cavity for the blister pack or to simply make a pocket in a roll of plastic. The pack is made from plastic and is usually very hard and durable. Blister pack technology has advanced recently to allow blister packs to be formed with a minimum of materials and ensure the best use of resources.
