Minipack Horizontal Carton Former and Filler
Automatic cartoning machine with side filling that works with pre-glued RSC or HSC boxes.
Automatic opening, filing and closure of the box. Automatic, automated adjustments, very simple format changes. The side cartoning machine opens the box, groups the products by stacking them according to the configuration required and inserts them with precision in the box, then closing the side flaps with adhesive tape. As an optional, a tab closure system with hot glue can be included. From the vast storage placed in a facilitated position and accessible to the operator, the box is picked, opened and lastly carefully placed in the filling zone, in standby for the pusher to insert the complete multipack inside. The machine is a line machine and is therefore very compact in overall size. The loading system varies based on the type of product.
